「日本の日」イベントでは
お味噌づくりに取り組みました。
お味噌は、作った人の体調に寄り添うように
発酵していくとも言われています。
完成までは半年ほどかかりますが、
子どもたち一人ひとりの思いが詰まった、
世界に一つだけの手前味噌になる予定です。
出来上がったお味噌は、
スクールの給食で
使用していきたいと考えています。
完成の日を、子どもたちと一緒に
楽しみに待ちたいと思います。
On Japanese Event Day, we worked on making miso together.
It is often said that miso ferments in a way that reflects the condition and care of the person who makes it.
It will take about six months to be ready, but each batch will become a one-of-a-kind temae-miso, filled with the thoughts and efforts of each student.
Once completed, we plan to use the miso in the school lunch program.
We look forward to waiting for the day it is ready and enjoying that moment together with the students.
